ADAB – Association of Development Agencies in Bangladesh
ADAB Resource Pool is a forum of resource persons that facilitates ADAB’s capacity development initiatives. The Resource Pool comprises expert professionals mostly associated with member organizations of ADAB. The Resource Pool is the main functional body for imparting Training and Workshops on behalf of ADAB. The Resource Pool has been commenced in the year 2016.
Enhance an NGO’s ability to deliver its mission effectively. This involves improving skills, knowledge, and systems within the organization.
Aiming on specific technical skills relevant to the NGO’s work, such as project management, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and ICT etc.
Strengthening governance structures, board effectiveness, and leadership skills.
Cope with the shifting environments, adapt to new challenges, technologies, and social changes.
Developing robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress, learn from experiences, and improve program outcomes.
Encouraging NGOs to collaborate, share resources, and learn from each other that can lead to Communication, Cooperation, Coordination, joint advocacy efforts and improved Networking .
Create sustainable organizations that can continue their work beyond short-term projects. This includes building financial resilience, diversifying funding sources, and developing leadership.
